Asset Management Suite
Every asset has a life.
AMS keeps the whole record.
From the day a machine is booked in to the day it is disposed of — assignment, transfer, repair, physical verification, scrap. Each step approved, timestamped, and traceable to a person.
It enters the register
Category, make, model, serial and purchase value are captured once, then a QR label is printed and stuck on the unit. That label is the asset's identity for the rest of its life.

How AMS is built
One record per asset
Not a spreadsheet per department. Purchase, handover, transfer, repair and disposal all land on the same row, so the asset's history reads as one story.
Approvals are policy, not habit
Who signs off on a transfer or a scrap isn't tribal knowledge. It's configured per module in Approval Policy and enforced on every request that moves.
The label closes the loop
A QR label on the unit resolves back to its record, so what is on the shelf and what is in the register can actually be checked against each other.
The whole system
18 modules, one register underneath.
Not 18 tools stitched together. Every module below writes to the same asset record, reads the same master data and answers to the same approval policy — which is why a transfer, a repair and a disposal all end up on one timeline.

No numbers until they are yours.
This page will not quote you a headline statistic, because AMS has no public numbers to quote — only the ones inside your own workspace. Sign in and this section fills with them.
